Author Academy Service Agreement

Welcome to the Author Academy! By enrolling, you agree to the following guidelines that ensure this space remains supportive, faith-driven, and focused on helping you write, publish, and grow with confidence.

1. Purpose of the Academy

The Author Academy exists to:

• Equip and encourage authors through monthly teaching and live Q&A sessions.

• Provide clarity, accountability, and real-time support.

• Connect you with a like-minded, faith-based community of writers and authors.

2. Membership and Payments

• Membership is $37 per month (unless otherwise noted).

• You may cancel at any time.

• No refunds will be issued for previously billed months.

3. Community Conduct

To protect the heart of this community, members agree to:

• Treat others with respect, kindness, and encouragement.

• Avoid gossip, harassment, or divisive behavior.

• Keep discussions aligned with Biblical values.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding other members’ works-in-progress, personal stories, and shared struggles.

4. Faith-Based Alignment

The Author Academy is Christ-centered and faith-driven. Therefore:

• Content, manuscripts, or discussions promoting erotica, pornography, witchcraft, occult practices, profanity, or other material contrary to Biblical values are not permitted.

• Any violation of this expectation may result in removal from the Academy.

5. Intellectual Property

• Trainings, workbooks, and resources inside the Author Academy remain the property of Resilience Press.

• You are free to use them in your personal author journey, but you may not copy, resell, or distribute them as your own.

6. Disclaimer of Results

• The Author Academy provides education, encouragement, and accountability but cannot guarantee that every member will publish a book, earn sales, or achieve specific outcomes.

• Each author is responsible for their own progress and results.

7. Termination of Membership

• Resilience Press reserves the right to remove members who violate these guidelines, behave disruptively, or disregard the faith-based values of the Academy.

• Termination is at the discretion of Resilience Press leadership.

8. Agreement

By joining and maintaining your membership in the Author Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
